Abstract:
Online marketing is an increasingly important element in financial institutions’ media mix.  But as email and online advertising clutter grows, and consumer security concerns heighten, it's harder to break through. The selection of offers, messages and supporting technologies is key to success.
In our joint webinar, EMI and Zoot present the findings from our quantitative study of consumer attitudes toward online acquisition efforts for financial products and services. In addition, attendees will gain a better understanding of:
- The demographics and specific types of online acquisition offers that are most likely to resonate,
- The role security and privacy concerns play in consideration of an online acquisition offer,
- The role that awareness and prior relationships with particular companies or professionals play when consumers are considering an online offer; and
- The technology to enable realtime online acquisition for financial products.
