Client References

Zoot has a partnership with an independent service provider, References-Online, that conducts and records client reference interviews and publishes the interview recordings on a secure website. Access to the interviews is by invitation only.  A temporary security code allows qualified Zoot prospects and current clients to listen to the audio and/or view the transcript of the interviews.

The audio reference program is designed to give our prospects and clients a third-party viewpoint of Zoot’s industry experience and solutions without taxing our clients’ valuable time with frequent calls to provide a reference for us. References describe the challenges that prompted them to seek out a Zoot solution and the resulting business benefits and return on investment of their Zoot solution. The audio segments cover everything from accessibility and responsiveness of Zoot personnel to client implementation experiences, system reliability, and why Zoot was selected over other providers.
