It’s How We Live
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is the concept that organizations, especially corporations, have an obligation to consider the interests of customers, employees, shareholders, communities, and the environment in all aspects of their operations. Zoot Enterprises has held this philosophy as a core value since its inception and, as it has grown over the years, has increased its CSR actions to include an environmentally-sensitive building, matching donations for employee giving, philanthropic donations to diverse nonprofits, and a conservation initiative to educate and motivate employees toward greater personal environmental responsibility.
It’s How We Work
Zoot’s 150,000-square-foot headquarters was built with progressive environmental considerations such as geothermal cooling and motion-sensor lights where appropriate, but moreso it was designed to be an empowering place to work with dog-friendly policies, a sitting area in the art gallery, and a gym for on-site health and fun. Zooters voluntarily provide credit education in the local schools and host blood drives for the American Red Cross.
The foundation of CSR for Zoot is to preserve the well-being of our community.
