Technology and Entrepreneurship
Bozeman Schools Foundation- Zoot Technology and Entrepreneurship Education Grant. Available to teachers K -12 in the Bozeman School District.
High School Business Challenge- Business education program offered to all Montana students that teaches critical business and financial skills.
Junior Achievement- A K-12 in-school program designed to cultivate an understanding and appreciation of the free-enterprise system.
Montana Creativity Quest- Promotes divergent thinking and creative problem solving skills in all students through teamwork, collaboration, and leadership experiences.
Direct Assistance
The American Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund- Five Rivers chapter serves the Gallatin, Madison, Wheatland, Meagher, Park, and Sweetgrass Counties. Plans for and responds to disasters both large and small, from house fires that displace families to major floods or earthquakes.
Gallatin Valley Food Bank- Exists to help anyone in the Gallatin Valley who has need for food. Special programs are available year-round for seniors and in the summer for children.
HIS Soup- Mobile soup kitchen serving the Gallatin Valley homeless with food, clothing, blankets, and other basic necessities.
THRIVE- Provides parent education and the CAP mentoring program. Zoot hosted Love and Logic Parenting classes for its employees and their spouses.
Central Valley Firefighters- Sponsorship of Annual Pancake Breakfast fund-raiser.
Community Character
Gallatin Local Water Quality District- Sponsorship of the electronic waste recycling event. More than 80 tons of unwanted electronic equipment and computers were collected and taken to a recycling center.
Gallatin Valley Land Trust- A nonprofit dedicated to the conservation of open space, agricultural land, wildlife habitat, as well as the creation of public trails in and around Gallatin County.
Pioneer Museum- Offers a variety of changing exhibits portraying earlier days in the Gallatin Valley.
MSU Leadership Institute- A student-driven and operated organization that provides leadership opportunities and inspiration to MSU students, staff, faculty, and community members.
Shakespeare in the Parks- General support for the summer tour, performances in Bozeman, a Shakespeare in the schools, and drama camps.
