Champion/ Challenger
Zoot supports Champion/Challenger testing to help business users make changes to criteria or logic. A current solution can run as it does in production (the “Champion”) while simultaneously running is an alternative platform that includes the changes you are considering (the “Challenger”). Statistical data is collected to compare the number of approvals, declines, and errors to determine which solution offers the better results. Based on the results the Challenger can then be abandoned or selected for use. This way, a new approach can be implemented with known results. No surprises and proven benefits.
